Great Oaks village consist of 53 two- and three-bedroomed cottages with either a single garage and carport or a double garage and 30 studio, one-, and two-bedroomed apartments, each with a basement parking bay. Whilst the cottages have been designed and positioned to maximise the natural beauty and benefits of the site, the apartments are situated on the first and second floors of the Lifestyle Centre. All our residential units have been designed according to our Age-in-Place philosophy and cater for all needs – from independent living to home-based frail care. All units are wheelchair-friendly with ensuite bathrooms and kitchens that can be easily adapted as needed.

All the cottages and apartments have luxury designer finishes which include Miele appliances. The apartments are airconditioned with double glazing and the cottages have double glazing, solar geysers and fireplaces.
